Training or Expertise
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Google Suite.
- Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- CRM systems knowledge
Experience
- + 2 years in sales working on projects for U.S.-based companies (must).
Required Skills
- High English level (spoken and written) — clear and professional communication is essential
- 2+ years of experience in sales or appointment setting for U.S.-based companies
- Excellent phone presence, verbal communication skills, and confidence
- CRM or lead management platform experience preferred
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and fast learner
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Passion for sales and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
WAGE COMPENSATION
Compensation: 1,200 USD/month, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST) & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST) — also totaling 6 hours/day, 6 days/week
Performance bonuses based on lead-to-appointment conversion:
40%+ = $500/month
50%+ = $1,000/month
60%+ = $1,500/month
