Training or Expertise
- Exceptional Proficiency in English: Both written and verbal, essential for clear communication with clients and team members.
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for efficient document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email management.
- Strong Creativity and Passion for Sales Growth: Vital for developing innovative sales strategies and driving business success.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure contracts with private and corporate clients.
- Drive sales of RCG’s consulting services and e-learning platform to entrepreneurs and organizations.
- Build and oversee a scalable sales infrastructure, including CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a small team, including two Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Leverage existing networks and develop new partnerships, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with CDFIs and other organizations supporting small businesses to secure referrals and leads.
- Develop targeted strategies to promote RCG’s e-learning platform.
- Understand and communicate the value of independent learning to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accountability for measurable outcomes, including revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in government sectors, leveraging knowledge of procurement processes and requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, focusing on the U.S. market.
- Expertise in selling educational courses or training programs, particularly for independent learning platforms.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with a task-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in sales to government entities is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
WAGE COMPENSATION
Base salary of 8–10 million COP monthly, with potential for performance-based incentives.
Full-time: Monday- Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern time
Internet and computer must be covered by the Contractor
