Experience

• Proven track record in managing e-learning platform development, content strategy, and course creation.
• Experience should include successful project management, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering user-centric digital education solutions. Familiarity with the latest educational technologies, experience in curriculum development, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses are also critical.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven track record in managing e-learning platform development, content strategy, and course creation.
• Excellent use of grammar and punctuation. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English)
• Driven, proactive thinker, highly organized with exceptional communication skills, and fully capable to take initiative, managing and overseeing a variety of high-priority projects from multiple management and professional levels successfully with minimal direction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Very Patient, Responsible, extremely punctual.

• Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, adhering to deadlines and managing simultaneous tasks.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of Small Business Needs: Understanding of the educational needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs.

WAGE COMPENSATION

Compensation: : $5’000.000 COP Monthly

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

However, as an exempt employee, you may be required to work beyond these hours from time to time to fulfill your responsibilities as may be necessary.
